A tasteful deep dive into the Brandy bottles with Chicago based Brandy & Cider expert Ambrosia Borowski, of The Northman Beer & Cider Bar and Cider Chat podcast Producer/MC Ria Windcaller. Tickets include a tasting of the following select brands
American Apple Brandys
- Laird’s & Company (NJ) – oldest American distillery since 1780
- Flag Hill Distillery and Winery (NH)
Calvados from Normandy’s Pays d’Auge region
- Domaine Familial Louis Dupont
- Château du Breuil
- Chauffe-Couer
- Claque-Pépin
and a charcuterie sample plate from Veroni (Italy) and cheese from Cabot (Vermont).
